How to Purchase your Photograph from Picture House Online Photo Sales

Step 1 : Find the Event that your photograph was taken at.

Events are listed on the 'Photo Sales' page.

Step 2 : Find the photo(s) you wish to purchase

Use the 'page' controls to step through the different pages of photos. These are located in the top right hand corner of the 'Online Photo Store' section. You may choose how many photos to display per page here. Do not show too many photos per page if you have a slow connection such as a dialup modem.
When you locate a photo you are interested in, click on the Image, or on the 'Options' button. This will take you to the 'product detail' page.

Step 3 : Select Size and Quantity of Photos

You should now be at the product detail page. Select the size of the photograph you would like to puchase, enter the number you would like in the 'quantity' box, and click on either the 'add to cart' button, or on the 'buy it now' button.

The 'Add to Cart' button will allow you to continue shopping and purchase different sizes of the same photo, or to return to the list of photos and buy other photos in the collection.

The 'Buy it Now' button takes you direct to the item checkout, and doesn't let you purchase other sizes or quantities. (Although you may return from the checkout to coninue shopping)

If you use the 'add to cart' option, and you have finished shopping, click on the 'checkout' button, which is on the top right hand side of the Photo Store, next to where your current cart contents reside.

Step 4 : Checkout

You should now be at the Checkout stage, either by using 'buy it now' or by clicking on the 'View Cart' option.

Review the items in your cart for size, quantity and price to make sure you have selected the correct items. If you have made a mistake or changed your mind, you can either delete an item from a cart, or update the quantity you currently have. Click on 'update cart' to make the changes.

If you are happy with your cart contents, click on the 'Final Checkout' button

Step 5 : Register

If you have never purchased from Picture House Photography before, you will need to register your details with us. Please fill in all of the fields with accurate details so that we may send your photographs. You will have to create a user name for yourself, and enter a password.

When specifying Australia, please wait for the website to build a list of States before selecting one.

After you have entered all of the details, click on the 'continue' button.

Step 5 : Confirmation of Order

Please take a moment to double-check all of your address details and order details are correct. If they are not correct, click 'back' and change them, else click 'continue'.

Step 6 : Payment Type

Choose your payment type by clicking on either 'Cash in Advance' or on the Credit Card type you intend to use.

Cash in Advance: This means you intend to pay Picture House either by direct transfer into our account, or by depositing the money into our account. The account details will be emailed to you after completing the sale.

Credit Card:This means you will pay by credit card through our secure payment gateway provided by Paymate.

Step 7 : Paying by Credit Card

If you have decided to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to the Paymate Express payment page. The first page requires you to select your country where you live, and enter a security code. Ensure the security code is entered in capital letters.

The next page confirms the details already entered in during the ordering process. If the details are the billing address for the card, click next to continue or modify them accordingly.

The final page requires you to enter details about your credit card and click on 'make payment'. Your card will be debited for the amount shown, and your order will be marked as paid.
